If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately, deposited and won funds may be forfeited, and law enforcement may be notified if necessary.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

7bat reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason. Accounts are typically closed for the following reasons:

  • Any violation of these Terms & Conditions
  • Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information
  • Extended inactivity (over 12 months)
  • At the user's own request (self-exclusion)
  • Legal requirements or regulatory directives

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure and no violations have occurred, those funds will be refunded. However, bonus-related funds are non-refundable if wagering requirements have not been met.
